Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company.

All ClubTrailCam original products are shipped next day. Allow 5-7 days for standard USPS first class delivery.
Sales Tax: State law requires that ClubTrailCam.com charge all applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the following states.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.clubtrailcam.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. ClubTrailCam original products will inspect all returns after 30 days to determine reason for returns.
All products other than ClubTrailCam originals are drop-shipped directly from manufacturers or from well established sporting good stores across the country.
All returns other than ClubTrailCam originals should be handled by each individual shipping entity.
Instructions for returns and contact information are enclosed with each order.
Shipping and tracking numbers will be emailed directly to customer when provided.
