Contest Rules
Trailcamera Photo Contest Guidelines and Rules:
Monthly Prize: ClubTrailCam slogan T-shirt of your choice.
Contest Categories:
Best Buck: This individual contest will be rated on overall picture and uniqueness. The bigger the buck the better however overall rack size isn’t the only deciding factor. Photos will be judged on uniqueness, picture clarity and overall size of the racks.
Most Unusual: This category is for any and all animals captured on the trail camera. This contest will reward the most unique trail-camera pictures. Overall judging criteria will involve the overall uniqueness of the photo taken along with the clarity of the shot.
Guidelines:
- Photos must be taken with trail cameras only.
- Photos must be no larger than 2 mg. Allowed formats are jpg....gif....png.
- All photos must be related to wildlife and the outdoors.
- There are no limits to the number of trail camera pictures entered in the contest.
- All entries that are not deemed suitable or conflict with the overall integrity of ClubTrailCam.com will be immediately removed. ClubTrailCam reserves the right to disqualify all entries in which these facts pertain. All advertising attempts will also be removed unless agreed upon by ClubTrailCam prior to posting.
- By entering the contests and uploading photos to the contest the participant agrees that ClubTrailCam may use these photos for both promoting Clubtrailcam as well as for ClubTrailCam merchandise. All photos entered into the contest are deemed property of ClubTrailCam.com.
Contest Rules and Judging:
- Voting will be percentage based. Those having the highest percentage of approval will have the greatest opportunity to be judged by the panel.
- The top eight photos with the highest percentage of approval will be judged by a panel. Panel judges will consist of hunting enthusiasts in the hunting world consisting of shooting professionals as well as business owners in the outdoor industry. A total of five judges will rule on what picture is the contest winner.
- Judges will not be able to participate in any contests.
- Contests will end on the last day of each month at 12:00 a.m.
- Prize winners will be contacted by email to claim their prize. The monthly prize will not be shipped until the contestant is verified and a shipping address is received.
- Contest winners will be able to choose their prize from a growing list of slogan T-shirts that ClubTrailCam.com offers.
